KENNETH KUKOWSKI
Kenneth Kukowski, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son, brother and friend, passed away peacefully at his home in Belton, Missouri on December 26, 2024. Born on January 11th, 1932 in Greenbush, MN to John and Marian Kukowski, Kenneth lived a life filled with love for his family and a strong faith in God.
Preceded in death by his cherished wife, Marcelle Kukowski, and his parents John and Marian Kukowski, and survived by his adult children, Colleen Vandendaele, Loni Burhans (Steve), Denise White (Craig), Kendall Kukowski (Jessica) and by his grandchildren Jacob White, Jenna Courter (Chris/great grands Oliver and Olivia), Marcus and Katelyn Vandendaele, Carson and Ava Kukowski, Rachel Burhans, Nicole Adams (Jay/great grands Alexa, Maren, Coen and Beck). Also survived by his siblings Ernest Kukowski, Elinor Koshenina, Mary Shelby, Leroy Kukowski and sister in law Myrna Cwikla (and Dave).
A retired computer technician and army veteran with a passion for family and helping others, Kenneth loved family get-togethers, church activities and was very talented at repairing engines and much more. He had a huge heart and loved teaching his children and grandchildren. As an army veteran, he gave his service, courage and sacrifice during the Korean war contributing to our nation's freedom. Kenneth leaves behind a legacy of love and loyalty to his family and friends that we will always treasure.
In honor of Kenneth's remarkable life, services will be held on Friday, January 3rd, 2025:
Visitation: 10:00am (Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Harrisonville, Missouri)
Mass: 11:00am (Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church)
Burial: 12:30pm (following Mass- Wills Cemetery, Peculiar, MO)
