KELLY SUE BULLARD

Kelly Sue Bullard, age 65, of Raymore, Missouri passed away on August 8, 2026, at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City surrounded by her loving family.

Services will be held Friday, August 28, 2026, at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc., 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6:00 p.m.

Kelly was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 17, 1961, the daughter of Herb and Jan Bennett. In life, Kelly was a client services manager for Allied National Insurance Company, recently retiring after many years. She was a member of the Booze Brothers Racing Team with her family, and an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. On September 9, 2012, she married Larry Bullard. Kelly adored her family and friends from spending the holidays or any gatherings together. She was a very kind and giving person. She decided to be an organ donor and was able to donate her two kidneys and liver to help someone in need.

Kelly was preceded in death by her father, Herb Bennett, Jr. and an infant daughter, Shelby Sue Chatfield.

She is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Larry D. Bullard; children, Brian Chatfield, Cody Chatfield (Alyssa), Kristy Ritter, and Kelli Bullard; her mother, Janet Bennett; sister, Kerri Heston (John); six grandchildren, Vyktor Chatfield, Shelby Chatfield, Kayden Stegner, Carter Chatfield, Nova Chatfield, and Levi Ritter; niece, Holli Hoette; nephew, Travis Heston; and four great nieces and nephews, Trey, Colin, Paisley and Briella.
