Keith M. Nygren, 87, formally from St. Paul, Minnesota passed away on September 19, 2010. Graveside services will be Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery in Welch, Minnesota. Memorials may be made to Pastor Rod Nygren & Family P.O. Box 38 Roseau, Minnesota 56751. Keith was born March 16, 1923 in St. Paul, MN the son of John Walter and Olive Cooper Nygren. He was a mail carrier for many years. He served his country during World War II as a quartermaster in the United States Navy. Keith was preceded in death by his wife Elayne; parents; sister, Arla Baker; brothers, Hugo and Craig Nygren. He is survived by his sons, Pastor Rodney K. Nygren (Garnet) of Roseau, MN and Jeffrey S. Nygren of Tucson, AZ; 3 grandchildren, Peter (21), Renee (20) and Karen (16); many nieces and nephews.
