KATHRYN JUNE HOLLOWAY

Kathryn June Holloway, 58, of Raymore Missouri passed away August 4th, 2012 after fighting a noble battle with colon cancer. She was born to Charles and June Pritchett, June 2, 1954 in Sheldon, MO. She married Lloyd Holloway June 30, 1973. Kathy lived and worked in the Raymore-Peculiar school district for 20 plus years. She started working with the cafeteria staff in 1991 and later became a high school lead custodian until she retired in 2012. She was passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students and teachers. She loved her co-workers and teachers like they were a second family. Kathy was a member of Assembly of God church and loved the Lord with all her heart and soul. She always had a smile and a warm personality that will be forever missed. Kathy is survived by husband Lloyd Holloway of the home, one daughter, Stephanie Holloway of Raymore, MO; mother, June Pritchett of Belton, MO; sister, Carolyn Begley of Belton, MO; brothers, Frank Pritchett of Independence, MO, John Pritchett of Belton, MO, Wendell Pritchett of Belton, MO, David Pritchett of Belton, MO and Robert Pritchett of Belton, MO. She also has many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews that she loved and will miss. She is preceded in death by her father Charles Pritchett on Sept. 26, 2003. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 6-8 PM Wednesday, August 8th at the funeral home. Burial will be in Peculiar Cemetery following services.
