JUNE MARIE PRITCHETT

June Marie Pritchett, age 87, of Belton, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. June will then be laid to rest next to her husband at Peculiar Cemetery.

June was born in Holton, Kansas on June 9, 1935 to John Alezander Chrisman and Sarah Marie (Meyers) Chrisman. After schooling, June devoted the rest of her life to being a mother and caring for her husband Charles Sr. In life, June enjoyed being around her children and grandchildren, watching shows with her popcorn, and her butterscotch schnapps. She was a manager at the Oasis Mobile Home Park for 20 years. June and Charlie were married on June 29th, 1952.

June was preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Pritchett Sr.; parents, John and Sarah Chrisman; son, Charles Pritchett Jr.; daughter, Katherine June Holloway; son in law, Lloyd Holloway; and great-great grandson EJ (Evan Daves Jr.).

She is survived by her five children, John Pritchett (Roxie), Carolyn Begley, Wendell Pritchett (Glenda), David Pritchett, and Robert Pritchett (Norene); nineteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

We would like to thank the staff at Carnegie Village that took care of her for the past six years, and for Hospices that took care of her for the past six months.
