JUDITH KATHERINE SCHAFER

Judith Katherine "Katie" Schafer, age 15, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away surrounded by her loving family at home.

Services will be held at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2023. A celebration of Katie's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Katie was born in St. Joseph, Missouri on September 14, 2007 to Jason and Melissa Schafer. In life, Katie had a loving and caring heart that could be seen in her absolute love for all sorts of animals. She was extremely artistic as she loved drawing, painting, dancing, and drama. Katie was a big fan of anime as well as Disney and will always be remembered by her sense of humor.

Katie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Judith Taylor; as well as her maternal and paternal great grandparents.

Here to cherish Katie's memory are her loving parents, Jason and Melissa Schafer; loving sister, Josie Schafer; paternal grandparents, Dan and Marg Schafer; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as many friends.
