JUANITA F. SHARTS

Juanita F. Sharts, age 78, of Belton, Missouri passed away April 18, 2017 at Brookdale College Square in Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Cullen Funeral Home in Raymore, Missouri. Burial will take place on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Beaches Memorial Park Cemetery, Atlantic Beach, Florida. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Brookdale College Square (Memory Care), 11000 Oakmont St, Overland Park, KS 66210.

Juanita was born July 23, 1938 and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She was the daughter of Scotland and Comfort Bell. She had two brothers and three sisters. On June 27, 1955 she was united in marriage with Forrest Sharts and they shared 50 years together. Juanita lived for her husband; he inhaled, she exhaled. Together they were blessed with three children, nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Juanita was a member of the Heartland Baptist Church of Belton, Missouri. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society. On April 18, 2017 she went to be with the love of her life, Forrest, her parents, two brothers, one son, and one grandson.
