JOSHUA TYLER RILEY

Joshua Tyler Riley, of Harrisonville, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 29, 2024, at the age of 33, while riding his Harley Motorcycle. Born on June 13, 1991, in Columbia, Missouri, he was the beloved son of Steven Christopher Riley and Michelle LeAnn Riley.

As a child, Joshua was an energetic and loving son and brother. He had a zest for exploring the outdoors, riding his bike, and spending time with friends and family.

After high school, Josh spent seven years in the service industry, where his strong work ethic and infectious personality brightened the days of many patrons and colleagues. He transitioned to the HVAC industry, quickly mastering the trade and earning the position of lead technician at his company.

Josh was known for prioritizing his family, especially his loving wife, Brooke, and their two children, Caden and Harper. He was a devoted father and husband who treasured summer weekends with his family at Table Rock Lake. An outdoorsman at heart, he loved shooting guns, riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing, and participating in water sports…did we say shooting guns!

Josh was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Kenneth L. Riley. He is survived by his wife, Brooke Riley; their children, Caden and Harper Riley; his father, Steven Riley; his mother, Michelle Riley; his sisters, Ashley Fitzpatrick (Denny) and Allie Riley; and numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Joshua's friendly personality, kind heart, and joyful spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of Joshua's life will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will be held between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. with a family and friends sharing at 5:00 p.m.

The family has requested the Celebration of Josh's life to be in casual attire…think what Josh would have worn!
