JOSEPH "POP'S'' RAMBLER
Joseph John Rambler, age 81, of Belton, Missouri, passed away peacefully at Menorah Medical Center on July 6, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., July 12, 2018, at Cullen Funeral Home in Raymore, Missouri.
Joseph was born on July 8, 1936, in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Rosedale High School in 1954.
Joseph entered the United States Army and proudly served his country from 1955-1963.
On June 1, 1959, Joseph was united in marriage with Mary Blevins. Together, Joseph and Mary shared 40 years of marriage.
Joseph worked as a designer for Pitman Manufacturing in Grandview, Missouri until his retirement. Joe was also an avid farmer and raised exotic animals.
His hobbies included traveling and boating with family and friends. He was an avid pool player, and played in a bowling league for several years. He also enjoyed racing and motorsports.
Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Mary J. Rambler; daughter, Donna Woods; and brother, Albert Erickson.
He is survived by his children, Mike Rambler (wife, Sandy), Barbi (husband, Jeff Cullifer); and Chris Rambler (wife, Kelly); sister, Ann Herell; 8 grandchildren, Brandi Price (Justin), Casey, Joseph, Michael Rambler (Kirsten), Sydni, Cody, Lannie, and Kenneth; and 6 great-grandchildren, Tyler, Conner, Audry, Kennedi, Levi, and Wyatt.
