JESSE MACE, JR.
Jesse Mace, Jr., 84, of Raymore, MO passed away April 20, 2013. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Cullen Funeral Home. Graveside will be 10:30 AM Thursday, April 25th at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Jesse was born September 8, 1928 in Utica, MO. He was a Navy WWII Veteran. He married Gwendolyn, the love of his life in 1949. They raised 3 daughters. He was gifted with a sense of humor and genuine ability to do most anything. He was a baker, tool and die maker, cabinet builder and the greatest Dad and Husband. He had many friends and will be missed by all that had the privilege to know him. Jesse was preceded in death by his beloved wife Gwen of 63 years in 2010 and sister, Shirley Irvin. Surviving family includes three daughters, Rebecca Lynch and husband James, Kathleen Mace and Constance Harper and husband Dennis; sister, Carol Updegraph and Kathleen Hovater; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
