Obituary

JEFFERY CARL STINE

Jeffery “Jeff” Carl Stine, age 63, of Belton, Missouri passed away on August 5, 2026.

Jeff was born on October 16, 1962. A proud patriot, he served his country with honor in the United States Army from 1981 to 1988, which included a memorable deployment to Germany. Following his military service, Jeff built a successful career fueled by hard work and strong mentorship. Early on, he worked alongside his father and Mark and the Marley Cooling Tower Company. He later spent 20 dedicated years working at Kiewit, where he shared his decades of expertise by mentoring others and working alongside his best friend, Tim.

To those who knew him, Jeff was the definition of loyalty. Whether serving his country, building an international career, or standing by his loved ones, he did so with unwavering commitment. He loved deeply, worked hard, and will never be forgotten.

Jeff was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Kathy and David Stine; his brother, John David Stine; the love of his life, Allegra Barden; and his grandparents, Betty and Paul Ray, and Margarette and Carl Stine.

He is survived by Pam and Mark Stine; his nephews, Dane and Clay; and many loving great-nieces and great-nephews. He also leaves behind his best friend, Tim, with whom he shared brotherhood both in the service in Germany and though their years at Kiewit.

You will always be remembered and loved.
