JAMES W. MOORE
James W. Moore, 86, of Raymore, MO passed away September 23, 2012 at Foxwood Spring Living Center. Funeral services 11 AM Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Mt. Moriah Terrace Park 801 NW 108th St. KCMO 64155 with visitation 10-11 AM. Graveside service 3 PM in Calvary Cemetery, Plattsburg. Memorial services 1:30 PM Sunday, September 30, 2012 in Bromwell Lounge at Foxwood Springs Living Center. Memorials to Fellowship of John c/o Foxwood Springs Living Center. James was born March 27, 1926 in Halena, Missouri, the son of Logan Henry and Teresa Margaret Flood Moore. James was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Della Mae Randall Moore of 47 years; second wife, Betty Lou Hotchkiss Moore of 8 years; brother, Harold Moore and sister, Nora Isabel Coil Beemus. He is survived by wife, Jenny Lea Keller Moore of 9 years; children, James Ray Moore (Kathy), Virgil Kay Moore (Becky), Randall Jay Moore (Marsha) and Teresa Lea Perkins (Tim); 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 step-daughters; 6 step-grandchildren and 6 step-great grandchildren. James worked as a Mechanic Forman for KCP&L for 34 years. He was a member of Grandview Assembly of God Church and was a long time member of Barry Christian Church. James was a US Army WWII veteran, an Eagle Scout and was an avid volunteer at Foxwood Spring Living Center.
