HELEN M JENNINGS

Helen M. Jennings, age 90, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 at Longview Cemetery, 12700 SE Raytown, Rd. Kansas City, Missouri 64149.

Helen was born in Kansas City, Kansas on August 24, 1929 to Phillip Wasukevich and Nettie (Stipp) Wasukevich. After graduating high school Helen was joined in marriage with her late husband, Norman Jennings in Kansas City, Kansas. Together they were blessed with four children, Norman Jr., Bill, Dana, and Noralie. In life Helen loved being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved to crochet, garden, and was an incredible cook.

Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 67 years, Norman Jennings; and her parents, Phillip and Nettie Wasukevich.

She is survived by her four loving children, Norman Jennings Jr. (Lana), Bill Jennings (Jean), Dana Jennings Tucker (George), and Noralie Voigt (Don); eight grandchildren, Bevin Peterson (Matt), Brynn Bridges (Morgan), Nessa and Alena Voigt, Lindsay Lontine (Tyler), Aubrey Tsevis (Jeff), Haley and Zach Jennings; and nine great grandchildren, Andrew and Anna Peterson, Hudson and Henry Tsevis, Teddy, Isabelle, Paul and Catherine Lontine and Vayda Bridges.
