HAROLD L. BAGGERLY
Harold L Baggerly, 90, of Belton, MO passed away January 10, 2015. Funeral service will be held 11:00AM Thursday, January 15, 2015, at First Baptist Church of Raymore, MO, with visitation 9:30-11:00AM. Graveside services 3pm at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. Harold was born December 10, 1924 in Waverly, IL, the son of Harry L. Baggerly and Lucy Merle Baggerly, on a farm south of Springfield, IL. After starting a family, he moved to Palmyra, MO where he lived for over 41 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clarence Baggerly and sisters, Betty Graegin and Linda Sue Baggerly. Harold is survived by his wife of 70 years, Juanita, his son Louis Gene Baggerly and wife Teresa; brothers, Jack Baggerly and wife Liz, Harry Baggerly and wife Janet; sisters, Margaret Rebbe and Donna Hock, and sister-in-law, Shirley Baggerly; grandchildren, Shawna Baggerly, Tonya Carter (Brian), Tucker Baggerly, and Nathaniel Baggerly, and four great grandchildren. Harold served in the Merchant Marines, in the South Pacific, during WWII and is a member of the American Legion and Masonic Lodge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas City Hospice, 1500 Meadow Lake Parkway, Suite 200, Kansas City, MO 64114.
