GRETA SAULTZ
Greta Saultz, 78, of Belton, MO passed away November 5, 2012. Funeral services will be 2 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Cullen Funeral Home w/visitation 1-2 PM. Burial will be in Belton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Children's Mercy Hospital. She was born January 8, 1934 in Ettlingen, Germany. She came to the U.S. with her 4 year old daughter Margit. She landed in New York in 1957. She lived in El Paso, Texas for 2 years then moved to Belton, MO in 1959. In 1963 she was wed to Gerald Saultz. She worked as a seamstress for Grace Company from 1969 until it closed, then which she worked at King Louie until she retired in 1995. Greta leaves behind her husband Gerald Sutlz; daughter, Margit Haslem and four grandchildren; Raymond Harleman, Shawn Harleman, Tabitha Burchett and Joel Harleman; 10 great grandchildren. She leaves behind 1 sister, Irmgard Melcher and 2 brothers, Heiner Pioth and Helmut Wursthern all of Germany. She loved to travel to see the United States and to return to Germany every four years. In lieu of flowers the family asks them to be donated to Southern Care Hospice at 1240 NE Windsor Dr. Lee's Summit, Missouri 64086.
