GARY LEE MOULDER

Gary Lee Moulder, 52, of Raymore, MO passed away May 6, 2013. Funeral services will be 5:00 PM Friday, May 10, 2013 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 4-5 PM. Gary was born August 18, 1960 in Zaragoza, Spain, the son of Jimmy L. and Anna M. Ballestin Moulder. He is survived by his wife, Lydia, My husband, my soul mate, my everything. He was my dream come true. I remember when we got married on the 4th of July; I truly saw fireworks because it was the happiest day of my life. I remember someone made a comment "I have never seen her sooo happy". The following year after our marriage, we had a beautiful baby boy, Austin, the love of our lives; it made our lives even more beautiful and complete. Gary loved us to no end. He spoiled us rotten; he always placed us first before himself. He was always there for us. He was always making us laugh. We bought a beautiful house that overlooks a small lake. This was our dream home. He planted fruit trees because he knew how much I loved the flowers they bloom, and he planted fig trees because we love fresh figs. The trees were just planted last year so he never got to enjoy his hard work, and my heart hurts to know this. He took so much pride in all he did. I love you Gary, I know you are looking down at us from heaven, and we are looking up at you, knowing you are always with us. You left us too soon; I wanted to grow old with you. We will see you in heaven. You are my sun and I am your moon forever. I MISS YOU!!; son, Austin Moulder, My daddy was the most upbeat, fun person you'll ever meet. He always had a smile on his face. He tried his hardest every day to make everyone around him joyous. I remember how in his car, on our way to school and work, we would listen to songs on the radio and he would sing along and do this little shake dance move he always did. He was the most caring father ever and I would never want anyone else. Dad loved life and made life so simple for me and my mom just so we'd be happy. He will forever be with me in my heart. I will always love and miss him and try to make him as happy as possible by following his legacy and his footsteps. I hope that one day; I will be the man my dad was.
