FRANK JOSEPH SCHOCKEY

Frank Joseph Schockey, age 76, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Services will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 at St. Sabina Catholic Parish, 700 Trevis Ave., Belton, Missouri 64012. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed immediately with a Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Sabina Catholic Parish as addressed above.

Frank was born in Kansas City, Missouri on November 18, 1948 to Edward John Schockey and Theresa Jane (Murphy) Schockey. Frank graduated from Rockhurst High School in 1967 and continued his education at CMSU, ultimately receiving his Bachelor's degree. He worked for most of his life in the banking industry up until his retirement in 2010. In the early winter of 1985, Frank was joined in marriage with his wife, Isabel on November 9th. Their union was blessed with one child. In life, Frank was a man of Catholic faith, most recently a parishioner at St. Sabina Catholic Parish in Belton, Missouri. Frank was an avid golfer, enjoyed bowling, playing poker with family and friends, and traveling around the world with Isabel.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Jane Schockey.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 39 years, Isabel Schockey; son, Frank E.G. Schockey (AnnaMaria Glarakis); grandchild, Jayce Glarakis; brother, Mike Schockey (Joan); sister, Suzanne Dalton and family; two nieces, Robin Morrill (Nick) and Brea Teson (Steve); and great niece and nephews, Greyson Morrill, Mia Morrill, and Sawyer Teson.
