FELIX IRAWAN SUWITO

Felix Irawan Suwito, age 42, of Belton, Missouri passed away September 1, 2017 at Research Medical Center, surrounded by the love of his family.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 6th, at Cullen Funeral Home, Raymore Missouri. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 7, 2017 at St. Sabina Catholic Church, Belton, Missouri. Burial will take place at Johnson County Memorial Gardens in Overland Park, Kansas. Memorial Contributions may be given to St. Sabina Catholic Church, 700 Trevis Ave, Belton, Missouri 64012.

On November 13, 1974, Felix was born in Solo, Indonesia. He was the son of Theo Suwito and Ursula Jani Liem.

Felix attended college at the University of Kansas where he earned his Bachelors of Business Management degree in 1998. For more than twenty years, Felix had a successful career in sales for MHT Luxury Alloys of Kansas City, Missouri, KC Trends, and Wheel Pros. He was considered the "Most Popular" sales representative, during his career in Wheels and Tires.

Felix had a passion for designing and racing cars with his friends, and won several competitions he entered with his "babies" . Not only did he enjoy the performance of racing but also the festivities; Felix and his father, Theo owned and operated the "Twisted Asian" food truck of Kansas City, where they shared their favorite dishes during events at the Sporting Stadium, Motocross competitions, First Fridays, and food festivals everywhere.

Felix loved sports, especially rooting for his comrades of KU. He was known by many people as being a jolly and boisterous spirit who never knew a stranger or an enemy. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Theo Suwito and Ursula Jani Liem; his sister, Sophia Chatfield and her husband, Matt; three nieces, Tiffany, Lorren, and Isabel; and many, many friends.
