EVADEAN PUTNAM MILLER
Evadean Putnam Miller, 86, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on October 3, 2011. Funeral services 11 AM Friday, October 7, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Belton 810 S. Cedar with visitation 10-11 AM. Burial in Raymore Cemetery. She was born in Walker, MO and lived most of her life in Independence, MO and Raymore, MO with her husband, Alfred E. (Gene) Miller, owner and manager of J&M Oil Company of Independence, MO. She worked for Western Electric Company for 20 years and retired with Gene to North Myrtle Beach, SC where their favorite pastime was golf. She is survived by her husband, Gene Miller of the home, her daughter Jonnie S. Thompson (Rick) of Belton, MO, her brother, Bill Putnam (Janet), Pepperell, MA, five grandchildren, Michelle Jisa (Daniel) Excelsior Springs, MO, Brad Thompson (Katie) St. Paul, MN, Jenni McRoy, Belton, MO, Lisa Stewart (Chuck), Belton, MO, and Ami LaPointe (Kirk) Holden, MO, seven great-grand daughters and five great-grand sons.
