ELEANOR T. FALLON

Eleanor T. Fallon, 87, Belton, MO passed away August 16, 2014. Service will be held 10 AM Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 1800 MO 150 Lee's Summit, MO 64082. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday, August 20th at Cullen Funeral Home 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, MO. Memorials may be made to Catholic Charities 9808 W 87th St, Overland Park, KS 66212. Eleanor was born March 24, 1927 in Haverhill, MA, the daughter of J. Edward and Rose A. Lucier Cleary. She later married George B. Fallon and moved their family to the Kansas City area in 1961. Following 57 years of marriage, George preceded her in death in 2004. She is also preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters; brother and grandson, Todd Marshall Fallon. Eleanor is survived by her daughter, Patricia M. Schmidt and husband Dan of Lake Winnebago, MO; sons, William L. Fallon and wife Charley of Frankfort, KY, Douglas J. Fallon of Cave Creek, AZ and James M. Fallon and wife Nancy of Tulsa, OK; 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Eleanor was gratified by her involvement, for many years, in fostering infants under the pre-adoptive care program for Catholic Charities. She and George enjoyed many Caribbean cruises and spending time with a close community of friends and family. Eleanor will be greatly missed by her family and many friends who loved her.
