EILEEN E. FELLER

Eileen E. Feller, age 90, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at Foxwood Springs Living Center.

Eileen's family will be having a private Graveside Service.

Eileen was born on October 31, 1928 in Leavenworth, Kansas. She was the daughter of Charles L. and Mary E. Burns. Eileen was one of three children, having two brothers, Allen and Charles.

Not long after graduating high school, Eileen was joined in marriage with her late husband, John Feller on September 20, 1947 in Leavenworth, Kansas. Together they were blessed with four children, David, Steven, Gloria and Jeffrey. For twenty-eight years, Eileen worked at Honeywell formerly known as Bendix. In 1986, she retired as a facility engineering supervisor. Eileen very much enjoyed playing the organ, sewing and gardening. Eileen was known for having a "green thumb" when it came to growing plants. She was deeply attached to her cat Hershey even though she had several other dogs and cats.

Eileen is preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, John M. Feller; parents, Charles and Mary Burns; and brother, Charles L. Burns.

She is survived by her three sons, David Feller (Pat), Steven Feller (Kerry), and Jeff Feller; daughter, Gloria Yeager (Dennis); brother, Allen Burns; nine grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
