EARLENE A. MANNINO

Earlene A. Mannino, age 75, of Raymore, Missouri passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, at Silverado in Lee’s Summit surrounded by her loving family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 1800 SW State Rte. 150 Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64082. Rosary will be Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the church at 5:00 p.m. followed by the visitation from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 13, 2026, at the church followed by burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, Missouri.

Earlene was born in Kansas City, Missouri on October 14, 1950, the daughter of Earl P. Hughes and Doris L. Johnson. After graduating from high school, Earlene married the love of her life, Angelo C. Mannino on June 7th, 1969. Together they were blessed with three children, Gina, Angela, and Joseph. In life, Earlene worked as an administrative assistant and office manager for Saint Joseph Medical Center for many years. Her greatest accomplishment was being a grandmother! Her grandchildren brought her the greatest joy, and she attended many games, concerts and awards ceremonies she could. She loved to sew and quilt and was able to teach sewing to several of her grandchildren. She loved playing Mahjong and Earlene loved watching her Kansas City Royals play.

Earlene was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Doris Hughes; her brother, John R. Hughes; and her sister in-law, Linda Hughes. Her mother and father-in-law Carl and Frances Mary Mannino as well as two brothers-in-law, Michael Brocato and Rocky Munzuris.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Angelo C. Mannino; her three children, Gina Mannino (Jason Whiting), Angela Collins (Eric), Joseph Mannino (Elizabeth); siblings, Steve Hughes, and Sharon Whalen (Joe); eight grandchildren, Graceane Gunter, Jacob Collins, Audrey Collins, Skyler Plumb, Carl Mannino, Kaleb Plumb, Justin Mannino, and Arabella Mannino; and in-laws, Frank (Rosemary) Mannino, Rose Munzuris, Carl (Stacey) Mannino, Frances Brocato and Anthony (Debbie) Mannino; as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.
