Dorothy C. Peters, 58, of Peculiar, Missouri passed away December 28, 2010. Services will be 2 PM Friday, December 31, 2010 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 1-2 PM. Dorothy was born January 6, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Charles F. Carpenter and Katheryn R. Owen. She is survived by her husband Garry; children, Mista Helm (Richard) and Kathy Olgtree; step children, Sherri Frank and Garry Peters, Jr. (Jennifer); nephew, Darren Carpenter; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. In lieu flowers the family request donation for funeral the expenses.
