DONALD B. OESAU

Donald B. Oesau, 86, of Raymore, MO, passed away February 16, 2016 at Belton Regional Medical Center of Belton, Missouri. Graveside Services will be held 2 PM Monday, February 22, 2016 at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery of Higginsville, Missouri with Military Honors. Donald was born on July 9, 1929 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During the Spring of 1947, Donald enlisted into the Armed Forces and bravely served his country. He received the Korean Service Medal with four Bronze Campaign Stars, and the Good Conduct Medal Meritorious Emblem. After five years of service in the Armed Forces, Donald skillfully worked as a carpenter and as a locksmith. Donald was also a devoted husband to his dear wife Dolores for 57 years; and he was the proud father of their two daughters; Mary and Nancy. Donald was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Dolores Oesau; two daughters, Mary Williamson (John), and Nancy Orr (Shawn); four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
