DELTA M. EGGERS

Delta M. Eggers, age 88, of Cleveland, Missouri passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, at the Kansas City Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.

A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Friday, September 5, 2025, at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc. 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083 followed by the graveside service at 2:30 p.m. at the West Union Cemetery in Peculiar, Missouri.

Delta was born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 14, 1937, the daughter of Perry Handy and Myrtle Terry. She was one of five children. In life, Delta worked as a Nurse Assistant for over 25 years at St. Joseph Medical Center, owner and operator of a Daycare and Restaurant for many years providing for her family. She was an avid bowler, scoring a perfect 300 game once. She loved to go to garage sales and just loved to shop. The love for her family and friends outweighed everything in life, and she spent every chance she could with them.

Delta was preceded in death by her parents; and her four siblings, Jack, Bob, Jennie, and Erma Lee.

She is survived by her two children, Brian Eggers and Marilynn Rugova (Veton); three grandchildren, Cassidy Eggers, Nick Eggers, and Paula Elam (Duane); and three great-grandchildren, Chase, Maddie, and Skylar.
