IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Debby
Falck
December 24, 1958 – July 1, 2025
DEBBY (DEBORAH BARNES) FALCK
Debby (Deborah Barnes) Falck, age 66, of Raymore, Missouri, entered the presence of her Lord and Savior on July 1st, 2025, at home, after a courageous battle with glioblastoma.
Debby was born on December 24, 1958, in Calico Rock, Arkansas, to W.A. Barnes and Virgie (Dodson) Barnes. Born into a close-knit, small-town family, she spent her early years in the family's convenience store, delighting locals as "Little Debbie" dancing barefoot and bringing joy with her spirited personality. Her family later moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where she grew up attending Christian Assembly and graduated from Northeast High School in December 1976.
Debby married the love of her life, Dale Falck, on August 5th, 1978. Together, they built a Christ-centered home and raised three children and her legacy continues on with seven grandchildren — each of whom she cherished deeply.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and woman of God, Debby dedicated over 25 years of her life to the real estate industry. What began as a career became a ministry—one through which she offered not only guidance and expertise but also encouragement, prayer, and genuine care. Her roles in the industry ranged from mortgage software sales to lending, underwriting, and new construction. As a Broker/Sales Associate in both Missouri and Kansas, with Realty Executives and later with LPT Realty, Debby was known for her integrity, tenacity, and heart.
Her ministry reached far beyond her career. Early in their marriage, Debby and Dale began serving youth and children, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to ministry—both within their family and their church. Debby served faithfully as a worship team member and pianist, Junior Bible Quiz Coordinator, Women's Ministry President, and a dedicated volunteer with the Southern Missouri Network's youth and children's ministries. A proud member of the Assemblies of God, she used her musical gifts to glorify God and bless others. Whether leading in worship, planning a party, finding the perfect gift, or offering a heartfelt prayer, Debby poured her whole heart into serving others.
Debby's life was marked by an unwavering love for God, an unshakable trust in His plan, and a fierce dedication to her family. She lived with conviction and joy, teaching God's Word, seeking wisdom, and modeling a life of integrity. Much like her biblical namesake Deborah, she led with strength and wisdom, always with a playful spirit and ready laughter that would fill the room leaving lasting memories for all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.A. Barnes and Virgie (Barnes) Dodson.
She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Dale Falck; her children: Emily and Chad Banfield, Rebecca Stephenson, and Robert and Alyssa Falck; her grandchildren: Nate, Natalie, Addi, Liliana, Trenton, Elijah, and Gideon; and many dear friends, extended family members, and church family who were touched by her life.
A celebration of Debby's life will be held on Monday, July 7th, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Belton Assembly of God, 613 E North Ave, Belton, MO 64012. A public visitation will precede the service at 11:00 a.m. A procession will follow to Blue Springs Cemetery, 2800 SW Walnut St, Blue Springs, MO 64015, for burial.

Her faith, strength, laughter, and love have left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Well done, good and faithful servant.
The family asks that you honor Debby's legacy by sharing the love of Jesus with someone today—just as she so often did.
