David John Roth, 75, of Kansas City, MO went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2015. Visitation will be 5-7:30 pm Sunday, August 16, 2015 at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church 8941 James A Reed Rd. Kansas City, MO 64138 with rosary at 7:30 pm. Mass will be 10 am Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Kansas City, MO. David was born January 8, 1940 in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Anthony and Ana Marie (Etzel) Roth. David was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sara A. Roth and brother, Fred Roth. He is survived by his children, Susan Roth, Mark Roth (Cindy), Ann Roth and Natalie Jordan (Lance); brother, Kevin Roth (Michele); sister, Ruth Hensen (Jerry); two wonderful grandchildren, Brett and Claire who touched their Papa's heart. David was a US Army Veteran and a member of St. John Francis Regis for 43 years. He was an active member of the church, serving in various ministries throughout the years. In his free time he loved to cook and was a skilled wood worker. He was a humble, loving man whose absence will be felt in the lives he touched.
