Cynthia "Cindy" Dianne Velasco, age 59, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, June 9, 2022.

A celebration of Cindy's life will be held with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083.

Cindy was born in El Paso, Texas on November 15, 1962 to Jerry and Joyce Foreman. Cindy graduated high school and joined the work force. Primarily working within the legal and real estate fields. In life, Cindy was a true patriot. Being raised within the military she naturally acquired an upmost respect for military and law enforcement. She enjoyed gardening, the Dallas Cowboys, loved horses, and was a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. Cindy also appreciated sitting outside and watching the corn grow across the road.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Joyce Foreman; and brother Jerry Foreman Jr.

Left to cherish her memories is her husband, Rick Velasco; two sons, Everett Skilling (Brenda) and Benjamin Velasco; daughter, Gabrielle Gordon (Chad); and four grandchildren, Connor, Caden, Lane, and Lyla.
