CLYDE S. TOMPKINS
Clyde S. "Tom" Tompkins, III, 64, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away January 12, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. Memorial services 7:00 PM Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Cullen Funeral Home with visitation 5-7 PM. Inurnment will be 12:00 Noon Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri. Memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice. Tom was a Viet Nam Army Veteran, Eagle Scout and 1966 Ruskin High School Graduate. Tom was born January 14, 1948 in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Olivia; brother, Richard and sister, Judith. He is survived by his brothers, Kenneth (Barb), Greg (Shirley); sisters, Elaine Robb (Ken) and Donna Reams (Carl). Tom was an inventor, artist and touched hundreds of people's lives with his kindness and generosity; he will be greatly missed by many friends and family.
