Charles Edward Miller, Jr., 66, of El Cajon, CA passed away September 1, 2010. Funeral services will be 2pm Sunday, September 5, 2010 at Lord of Love Lutheran Church 8306 E. 171th St., Belton, MO 64012. Charles was born August 20, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri the son of Charles and Velma Meachan Miller. He is survived by his wife, Noreen; son, Charles; brother, Lynn Roger Miller; mother, Velma Ward and 6 grandchildren. Memorials may be to American Cancer Society. He was a Vietnam Navy Veteran.
