CHARLES K. HASENYAGER

Charles K. Hasenyager, 64, of Kansas City, MO passed away March 29, 2016. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday, April 4, 2016 at Cullen Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10 AM Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at the funeral home with a Graveside service 12:00 PM at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO.

Charles was born January 26, 1952 in Quoneset Point, Rhode Island, the son of Charles H. and Emma L. (Lyerly) Hasenyager. Charles was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Valerie A. (Stottlemyre) Hasenyager of 37 years; children, Justin and Rachel Hasenyager; brother, Bruce Hasenyager (Robin); sisters, Kathy Hasenyager and Joy Kampling (Bob); step-sisters, Linda Hildebrant and Amy Moore (John); three grandchildren, Caylee, Jacob and Logan; Uncle, Edward Hasenyager.

Charles was a Navy Veteran and served during the Vietnam War. Charles worked as an Electrician for the Union Pacific Railroad for 32 years and was a member of the IBEW local #615. Charles was a member of Operation Lifesaver for 15 years and was a member in the Boy Scouts of America.
