Obituary
Charles R. Carter, 17, of Belton, MO passed away September 8, 2015. A Celebration of Life will be 10 AM Friday, September 11, 2015 at Cullen Funeral Home. Charles was born December 29, 1997 in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, the son of Randall and Mary (Bottens) Carter. He is survived by his parents; paternal grandparents, Robert and Charlotte Harvey; maternal grandparents, Evaristo and Virginia Sotello; brother, Dustin Allen (Ashley); sister, Kaitlyn Haschemeyer (Jonathan); 3 aunts, Marsha Bailey, Tammy Browning and Julie Desollar; nephew, Briar; and 2 nieces, Olivia and Elizabeth.
