He had a strong spirit and an even stronger willpower, while he battled cancer and received treatment he still continued to work as much as he could. The kindness and friendship he was shown from all of his coworkers was what motivated him to continue working. Cecil was loved by all those he met, and he always looked forward to spending time visiting with his longtime friends from Richey's Club. His favorite pastime was reading books from his favorite authors and spending time with all those he loved. Cecil was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend. He is survived by his wife Peggy; daughter, Kim Barber; son, James Barber; brother, Danny and his wife JoAnn Voight; and granddaughter, Mandy Menge and husband Matt.
