CAROLYN M. SADLER

Carolyn M. Sadler, age 90, of Lee's Summit, Missouri passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc., 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation from 11-12:00 p.m. with the funeral at 12:00 p.m. followed by the burial at Wills Cemetery, Peculiar, Missouri.

Carolyn was born in Memphis, Tennessee on October 12, 1934, the daughter of Robert McDaris and Eleanor House. After graduating from high school, she furthered her education, receiving her master's in education. Carolyn taught elementary school in the Ray-Pec school district for over 25 years. Her and her late husband, Donald Sadler, Sr. were blessed with four children, Don, Brett, Robyn, and Donna. She loved teaching, painting, traveling, and animals, especially her dogs. Carolyn was a member of the Alpha Delta PI, and NEA.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Eleanor McDaris; her loving husband, Donald Sadler, Sr.; two sisters, Dorothy Gilliam and Merriam Dunn; and brother, Robert McDaris.

She is survived by her four children, Don Sadler, Brett Sadler (Wendy), Robyn Spurck (Michael), and Donna Dibben (Dan); sister, Roberta Long; five grandchildren, Philip Rosenberg (Samantha), Connor Rosenberg, Kent Dibben, Kyle Dibben (Zandri) and Kevin Dibben (Sarah); two great grandchildren, Sicilia and Avery.
