CANDACE A. ERVIN

Candace A. Ervin, age 68, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083.

Candace was born on March 16, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the daughter of Melvin Buster and Matilda (Ringle) Buster. Candace was one of four children.

After high school, Candace pursued a higher education receiving her Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management through Webster University. She went on to utilize her education working for Sprint over the next thirty years. Candace was very career oriented and passionate while she was establishing such a prosperous career as a manager as well as a mentor for so many others. She was highly respected at Sprint, making many friends over the years that admired her and looked up to her. Candace was no doubt an educated woman who also loved many things such as gardening, collecting, decorating, being outside, and her dog Bentley. Above all, Candace loved being a grandmother.

Candace is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Matilda Buster; and brother Larry Patton.

She is survived by daughters, Sara Ervin and Kristina Weaver; brother Tim Buster; sister, Susan Kendrick; and six grandchildren, Brooks, Sadie, Rachel, Haley, Christian, and ( name ).
