BRONA J. DOTSON

Brona J. Dotson, age 83, of Raymore, Missouri passed away on January 22, 2025, at Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Cullen Funeral Home, Inc., 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. The burial will be in Raymore Cemetery, Raymore, Missouri.

Brona was born in Columbus, Kansas on January 25, 1941, the daughter of John McCullom and Mildred Yeager. Brona was one of six children. Growing up with a big family meant there was always an adventure going on. Brona met the love of her life, Charles T. Dotson, Jr., and they were later married. They were blessed with two sons, Terry and Chuck. Brona was a very faithful woman, participating in all kinds of church activities. She was a dedicated member of the Joyful Sound Worship Center in Peculiar, Missouri. She loved sewing, cooking, and shopping but most of all spending time with her family and friends.

Brona was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred McCullom; her husband, Charles T. Dotson, Jr.; two brothers, Bufford and Johnny McCullom; and two sisters, Betty Folsom and Glenna Shannon.

She is survived by her two sons, Terry Dotson (Darlene) and Chuck Dotson (Von); sister, Verta Buck; seven grandchildren, Johnna, Amber, Katelyn, Mark Jr., Marco, Selena, and Raquel; two great-grandchildren, Kegan and Taytem.
