Obituary

Brent Craig Goodall
December 30, 1976 – May 13, 2025

Brent Craig Goodall, 48, of Cleveland, Missouri, passed away on May 13, 2025. A lifelong resident of the area, Brent was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend whose life was defined by hard work, dedication, and an unmistakable ability to connect with others.

Born on December 30, 1976, to Ben Goodall and Brenda Stark-Goodall, Brent grew up immersed in rural life. He began farming at the young age of 13, a testament to the work ethic that would guide him throughout his life. His early years in the Pacemakers 4-H Club instilled in him a love for woodworking and craftsmanship that would later shape his professional path. This in addition to his time spent at Belton Christian Church and Celebration Youth Group left him with a lifelong love of community and helping others.

Brent was a proud 1995 graduate of Belton High School, where he was a four-year leader of the Pirates soccer team. Whether on the field or in 4-H, Brent was known for forming lasting friendships and inspiring those around him with his energy and commitment.

In 2001, Brent joined the Carpenters Union, honing the skills he began developing in his youth. For many years, he worked as a skilled carpenter, admired for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. Later, Brent followed his entrepreneurial spirit, owning and operating several successful businesses including Goodall and Sons Trucking, Keller Williams Realty, Full Circle Realty, B & B Renovations, and The Chill Spot.

Brent's greatest pride was his family. He is survived by his three children, Bryce Goodall, Bayler Goodall, and Brinkley Goodall, who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his parents, Ben and Brenda Stark Goodall; his sister, Becky Goodall Bradley; nephew, Colin Bradley; and niece, Brooklyn Bradley. He leaves behind a wide circle of friends and loved ones who will forever remember his great compassion, witty remarks, and tireless drive.

Brent lived life on his own terms—with a strong handshake, a ready smile, and a deep commitment to those he cared about. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched and the family he loved so dearly.

A memorial service will be held at Cullen Funeral Home in Raymore Missouri on May 24, 2025.  Visitation is 11-1 with service immediately following the family asks that you share a memory or story about Brent, to keep his spirit alive through the voices of those who knew him best.
