BRENDA K. JONES

Brenda K. Jones, age 68, of Peculiar, Missouri passed away peacefully on October 26, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Brenda was born Effingham, Illinois on December 28, 1956, the daughter of Alfred Shadwell and Pauline Kliendinst. After high school, Brenda met and married Allen Eugene Jones. Brenda loved spending time gardening plants and flowers, and she was super crafty in making all kinds of projects.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Pauline Shadwell; her husband, Allen Eugene Jones; son, Jason Shadwell; three siblings, Rick Shadwell, Donnie Shadwell, and Timmy Shadwell.

She is survived by her three children, Amy Bross (Rick), Cody Shadwell, and Joshua Jones; two brothers, Todd Shadwell and Terry Shadwell; sister, Tonya Shadwell; five grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
