BETTY J. SEARS
Betty J. Sears, age 78, of Belton, Missouri passed away December 6, 2016 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. A Graveside service will begin at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 13, at Belton Cemetery.
Betty was born May 14, 1938 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was the daughter of Cecil and Veta (Smith) Sears. Betty worked in the manufacturing industry as a material handler. Above all, she was a loving mother to her nine children, Earl, Gwen, Ellis, Curtis, Bill, Bobby, Jeannie, Jo, and Kim.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Veta Sears; her son, Earl Arnold; and her daughter, Gwen Sears.
She is survived by her sons, Ellis Arnold, Curtis Arnold, Bill Manlove (Annette) and Bobby Manlove (Twilla); daughters, Jeannie Howerton, Jo Hill (Mike), and Kim Allen; brothers, Jimmy and Jerry Sears; 26 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
