Annette Sue Elkins, 49, of Belton, Missouri passed away September 26, 2011. Family will receive friends 6:30-8:00 PM Saturday at Cullen Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Susan B. Koman Breast Cancer. Annette was born June 2, 1962 in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of Robert Lee Elkins and Ann Okdie. She has worked at Cook's Ham for the last year. She is survived by her mother, Ann; brother, Timothy Elkins; sister, Laura Elkins; maternal grandmother, Nora Okdie; nieces and nephews, Sara, Jessica, Lauryn, Shane, Jeremy and Josh; great nephew, Karmonee.
