ANNA L. DAVIS

Anna L. Davis, age 93, of Raymore, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2020 at Foxwood Springs Living Center.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 7, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 8251 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, Missouri 64138

Anna was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 22, 1927 to George Kornis and Mary (Capell) Kornis. From a young age, Anna was the center of everyone's positivity, always finding the silver lining in life. Anna would often remind those around her what a blessing they were.

She cared for her family most of her life, working out of the home and raising her children.

Anna was also a member of the Hollywood Presbyterian Church.

Anna was preceded in death by her loving husband of over fifty-seven years, Algo Naldo Davis, Jr.; parents, George and Mary Kornis; and five siblings.

She is survived by her son Algo Naldo Davis III (Karen); two daughters Mary Braswell (Bobby) and Marcia Martin (Brad); brother Johnny Kornis (Jesse May); six grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
