ANITA J. ROPER
Anita J. Roper, age 76, of Belton, Missouri passed away December 18, 2016 at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton. Services will be scheduled at a later date.
Anita was born May 22, 1940 in Green City, Missouri. She was the daughter of Wayne and Marjorie (Westfall) Ammerman. On April 23, 1979, Anita married the love of her life, Larry P. Roper and together they shared in 37 years of marriage.
For years Anita worked for Hallmark as a secretary and later she went on to work for a construction company.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Marjorie Ammerman; her brother, John R. Ammerman.
She is survived by her husband, Larry P. Roper; her sister, Barbara Hall; two nieces and two nephews
