ANGELA J. SKIVERS
Angela J. Skivers, 45, of Peculiar, MO passed away February 23, 2014. Angela was born November 21, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of James and Patricia Lawrence McNelis. Angela was a very special person, loved by all who knew her. She loved her family very much and the time spent together celebrating birthdays, holidays, and trips to Grand Lake. Angela would always be there to help family, friends, or strangers. Her love of animals began when she was young and she would bring home any stray animal she found. As a child she had so much fun helping with her little sister and eleven sheepdog puppies. Angela graduated from Jenks High School in Jenks, Oklahoma and attended cosmetology school. Her flair for fashion was unique and she was always the picture of beauty. She enjoyed water sports, motorcycles, rearranging furniture, and her many cars which she washed and waxed frequently. She was a dedicated and hardworking employee while at Quik N' Tasty and then the United States Postal Service. We will all miss her so much and she will shine in our hearts and our lives forever. She is survived by Hank Skivers; her parents; sons, Korey and Zachary Skivers; daughter, Kelsey Charlton; and sister, Lauren Bartelson (Scott). Private family services.
