Angela Leann Lancaster, age 50, of Belton, Missouri, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 surrounded by her loving family at home.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m.
Angela was born in Lexington, Missouri on February 11, 1975 to Gary Sneed and Helen (Clark). Angela graduated from Belton high school in 1992 and continued her education, creating for herself a career in nursing. This was a calling for Angela as it was important to her to care for others, especially the elderly. In life, Angela very much enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii, shopping, her dogs, the Kansas City Royals, and probably nearest to her heart were her grandbabies.
As a mother to two boys, she would always get involved in their school activities, from volunteering for field trips to making treats for the class. She helped with managing her sons little league teams and cheered them on even at practice. For Angela it was always family first and she knew that being there for her boys was more important than anything else.
Her passion for travel took her to many beautiful places, Hawai'i, Bahamas, Florida, California, and basically anywhere there was a beach. She enjoyed paddle boarding and snorkeling on Hawaii' North Shore and people watching in Waikiki. Her favorite days were when she would see her beloved honu (sea turtles) and on more than one occasion she found herself snorkeling amongst them. During her 7 year battle with cancer she did her best to not slow down. She attended Super bowl 58 in Las Vegas, visited Yosemite national park, Hawaii, Sacramento (for her grandbabies birthdays), Lake Tahoe, Estes Park, many Royals games including 2024 playoff game, experienced her first horse races at Churchill Downs in Kentucky, visited Tennessee, Alabama, many wineries, car shows, festivals, and so much more.
Angela was preceded in death by her parents, Gary Sneed and Helen (Clark) Bray; and step father, Anthony Bray.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Lancaster; two sons, Shane Lancaster and Cody Lancaster (Cathia); two siblings, Justin and Tabitha; and two grandchildren, Zoey and Lucas.
