Alisha was born on January 6 th , 1989 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Allan and Linda Sessions.

If you wish to make a remembrance gift in her honor, please consider a contribution in Alisha's name to HELP Humane 17122 Bel-Ray Pl, Belton, MO 64012.

Alisha lived in the Kansas City area all her life, attending Grandview Senior High and graduating from the nursing school at National American University with an RN degree in 2013.  Before 2013 she practiced as a CNA, working with a variety of organizations. Most recently, Alisha enjoyed her work as a dedicated Nurse at Crossroads Hospice.

Alisha was a fur mom of two wonderful pups, Tahya and Timber. Some of the best memories her family and friends have of her are shooting off fireworks with dad and visiting her sister in MN to get matching tattoos. They will remember many Christmases where she would yell at them if they did not give her a list of things you wanted for gifts. She always made sure people knew they were appreciated through her gift giving.

Alisha loved music, especially Michael Jackson. Her dance parties to his music with loved ones were epic. Those she loved, she loved deeply and we will all remember the way she smiled and laughed with all of her being. You could see that when she was tickled by something, it amused her completely, often to the point of bringing her and those around her to tears.

Alisha loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.  They have blankets hand made by her that they will always cherish. Her father and siblings know that life will never be the same without her here. Dad will miss her checking up on him randomly; Nick will miss her pumpkin pies; Ron will miss the way she looked up to him and loved watching him play his drums; Amber will miss the late-night conversations about nothing and everything.

In keeping her legacy alive, Alisha decided to be an organ donor.  In true Alisha form, she is giving gifts, even after passing.

She leaves behind her beloved father, Allan Sessions; two brothers, Rondal Sessions (partner Jennifer Barnes) and Nicholas Sessions (wife Whitney); sister, Amber Sessions-Fox (husband Matthew); loving boyfriend Dallas Lea; seven aunts and two uncles. She will also be missed by her seven nieces and nephews: Jaden N. Sessions, Kendrick L. Sessions, Harper M. Sessions, Rondal W. Sessions, Hannah Fox, Maia Fox, Ian Fox.

Alisha is preceded in death by her mother Linda Sessions, Grandparents Mary Jane and Rondal Sessions, William and Wilma Tippit, and her and Uncle, Clifford Tippit.

Message from Dallas: In the short time I had with Alisha, she taught me that everyone can give and should receive love. She was stubborn and didn't accept all the lessons she taught. And I love her even more for that because she was able to show me the same thing in my self. She was one of the few people that I have met that always put everyone before themselves. We all hope to live up to that legacy.

Saying with one of her best friends: ONE TIME FOR THE ONE TIME!
